Kansas Carradine comes from a Hollywood acting legacy, but horses have defined her performing career.

A professional trick rider since childhood, she had performed at nearly every major equestrian event in North America and abroad before completing high school.    After a stint in Hollywood as an equestrian stuntwoman and actress, Kansas found herself auditioning for Cavalia, the world-famous show that revolutionized the Horse Industry.  With a long-range view on Cavalia’s success, Kansas also has an intimate relationship with the horses—scouting and training prospects for the show, and finding forever homes for those who are ready to retire.

Despite being a daredevil on horseback, she could not ignore their healing power. While searching for a deeper connection that was not focused on riding, she discovered Equine Guided Education, and became a Certified Instructor, facilitating workshops on Horsemanship, Leadership and Personal Development.  In the non-profit sector, Kansas has helped create gala events for Riding for the Disabled Singapore, the  US Equestrian Aid Foundation, the Humane Society of Sonoma, and Horses Healing Hearts Foundation.  Kansas has two daughters and loves seeing horse magic through their eyes.
