whether you choose to sponsor a single horse, a mare & foal, a burro pair, or even a herd of wild horses. With your generous donation to this program, WBF will identify a horse, or horses to rescue thanks to you.

Your name, or your company's name, will be forever part of our Wild Beauty Guardians program. Your sponsored horse (or horses) will be rescued and rehabilitated by WBF, and then we will either find a loving forever home with vetted adopters, or a sanctuary situation where they will live out their days.

Your donation for sponsoring a horse is 100% tax deductible.

By becoming a Wild Beauty Guardian, you will receive real time updates from WBF as we identify your rescue horse. Photos and videos of the rescue itself will be forwarded directly to you, and posted to Wild Beauty's social media (with your name tagged, if you so elect). Once the horse is in our care, and properly rehabilitated, we will take a beautiful photo and send you a gallery framed 16x20 photograph with your name and the horse's name inscribed. Your name, or company's name if you so elect, will be listed on the WBF Team website under our Guardians program.

The WBF Guardians program has a limit to the amount of rescue horses we can manage at one time, so if you do not see a "sponsor" button,
we are currently working with rescues, but you can join our wait list. Costs above the Guardian Donation incurred by rescue horses are covered by WBF.

Burros are amazing, highly intelligent creatures -- and often become bonded for life.

By becoming a Guardian to a burro pair, WBF will identify two bonded burros in need of rescue, or two single burros who we think can successfully bond with one another. Your donation covers the base costs of the burro pair rescue, including vet checks and key vaccines. After your sponsored burros are rehabilitated and quarantined, we will identify either an adopter or sanctuary situation as your burro pair's home. You'll get updates along the way.

Did you know that over 50,000 wild horses are stuck in government holding facilities across the Western United States? After being rounded up and taken away from their homes and families, these wild horses are often in situations where they have no shade, have no room to properly gallop, and may have to live that way for the rest of their days. It is tragic to strip away the freedom of a wild horse who has known no other way of life.

By becoming a Guardian to wild horse, WBF will identify a mustang to rescue, either completely wild from a U.S. government holding facility*, or find a previously wild horse who has been gentled in a rescue situation. Your donation covers the base costs of the wild horse's rescue costs, including vet checks and key vaccines. After your wild horse is rehabilitated and quarantined, we will identify either an adopter or sanctuary situation as your horse's future home, depending on our assessment of the individual horse or having the possibility to become gentled. WBF will engage in any necessary training of the wild horse with our partners. You'll get updates along the way.

*Only gentled wild horses are currently part of this Guardians program, while WBF works to partner with other wild horse santuaries to enact the rescuing horses out of
government holding pens, who often need additional expert care and training.

Out on the range, wild horses have families called "bands". When these family bands are broken apart, it is much like the loss of a father, or mother, son or daughter.

By becoming a Guardian to a wild herd, WBF will identify between three and ten horses to rescue -- doing our very best to re-unite a family band from a roundup, or rescuing wild horses that came from the same roundup. We will work with our wild horse partners to try to identify these particular families.

The donation to save a wild herd can vary, and will be assessed on an individual case by case Guardian scenario. Funds to sponsor a wild herd will cover the more significant costs of the herd's adoption or rescue, including but not limited to vet checks, key vaccines, as well as identifying a unique sanctuary or adoption situation where the family can be re-homed.
